Over the years, Dimaggio has garnered specialist knowledge of the fast moving Cyber and Technology Error and Omissions insurance business lines.
Having commenced his career at Tokio Marine Kiln after securing a place on their highly competitive graduate scheme, he completed quarterly rotations within various divisions gaining first hand knowledge of Cyber, Accident and Health, Aviation, Claims Management and Regulatory Affairs. He then moved to CFC Underwriting, a well-respected Lloyd’s MGA where he focused on US SME and Mid-Market business as a Cyber underwriter. This afforded him the opportunity to underwrite many industry classes and train at one of the leading Cyber and Technology underwriters.
That entrepreneurial environment coupled with his passion to develop and distribute innovative cyber solutions while understanding the exposure from an underwriting viewpoint, enabled him to move into broking. Dimaggio has successfully facilitated coverholder and reinsurance treaty arrangements within the USA, Europe and Africa, he has proven cyber distribution experience.
Dimaggio has a Cert CII qualification from the Chartered Institute of Insurance and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from Coventry University and is currently working toward completing his ACII.
